HP Officejet 6500A plus printer problem
1 Answers
This is my work computer running windows XP, the printer is about 3 months old and still under warranty, so if all fails.........
This is a problem that has reared its head before and appears to be a recognised fault with this model as I have seen other complaints concerning this problem on-line, however I haven't found the solution.
I have all the printer and PC settings to A4 paper and I only use A4 paper, it is sat in the tray correctly and the slide pushed up tightly to the paper.
The problem is: every time I try to print, it stops with an error stating a Mis-Match in paper size. I have tried every think I can think of and been over and over all the settings and even downloaded new drivers all to no avail.
It was printing one minute then with no changes to any thing, I was even printing out the same doc as 10 seconds before and it just refuses to cooperate.
Any ideas?
