I use Office 2007, and am having trouble using 'help' to find out how to print both sides of the paper. I have a file of 60+ pages to print - if I can get both sides done it will save 30+ pages. Anyone help please?

Does your printer actually support 2 sided printing?

If it does then it's nothing to do with excel, select big blob in top left > print and click on the print properties and set the printer to 2 sided.

Otherwise you''ll have to print every other page and then put the paper back in the printer the other way up and print the remaining pages on the back.

That printer doesn't support duplex (double sided) printing, so you'll have to print each odd and even page separately and put the paper through the printer twice.
