Printer not working
10 Answers
Hi all, was wondering if anyone could help, I have a Kodak esp 5210, but it's not pulling the paper through to print. It makes all the noises that it should but when it comes to pulling the paper through, it tries for a bit and then says there's a paperjam, have ensured umpteen times that there is no paper in it or anything small causing it to stop working. I've only had the printer a few months and have hardly used it. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated xx

I am now as anxious as possibly you are to get a Techie from AB to comment.
In the meanwhile I can only suggest that you think about sending an e/mail to kodak about your unfortunate problem.

I didn't want to make another question so thought I would add it to this one in the hope that someone will look. I still have this problem, cannot find my receipt for it so cant take it back. I have just gently pushed paper in further than it's supposed to go, and it did pull it through, except it pulled the whole wad I put in lol. So I know it's not the motor thing, any ideas is greatly appreciated! Thanks x
Hi roxie......Sorry to hear that you still are having printer problems. Did you contact Kodak ?.
I really don't know what to say further which could help. Personally, as only myself and bookbinder replied to your original posting in September, you would be justified in posting a further question in AB in the hope that someone else may have an answer, because this thread has now gone well down the list and it is possible that no one will see it.
If you do post another question, put a note in this thread to ask folk to reply in the new thread you will have started.
Best wishes....Ron.
