Good afternoon
Yesterday when I was transfering some pics from my camera memory card to my laptop I somehow ended up with three copies of each photo, the copy I wanted and two sort of ghost copies that aren't in the proper folder, they appear in the pictures folder but not in any sub folder. When I try to view one I get this message
http://i791.photobuck...7/D97x7/Capture01.png
But when I try to delete them I get this message
http://i791.photobuck...7/D97x7/Capture02.png
Telling me that the picture isn't there, can anyone tell me how to get rid of these unwanted pictures please?

Try creating a new folder, dragging the 'ghost' files into it and then deleting the folder.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I tried that this afternoon only to get a similar message telling me that the file couldn't be moved because it wasn't where I was trying to move it from.
It's not really causing any problem just an annoyance so I could leave it be.
Run a check disk and then try again.

Thanks, I'll try that tomorrow.
