I have a HP Ipaq 4700 and cannot get it on my Wi-Fi

Can anyone help? I'm not daft but it won't connect. Found wi-fi SSID and have WPA-PSK password but am I missing some software?

Early versions of them had wireless problems with some types of encryption, try updating the firmware to the latest version.
