Message ever time I open Google homepage

Is anyone elses getting this message when they open Google - what do I do to get rid of it.

I'd guess you have a toolbar or plugin installed that is trying to open something from google maps (and it's not permitted to do so)
Dissable all your addons and toolbars and if the problem goes away then start enabling them again one by one until you find the one causing the error.
( and if you don't know how to do this then please read this first...
