My father in law is looking to buy a printer. He was looking at a Kodak which we have. We have had a couple of problems with the Kodak so not entirely sure it is the best one.
Can anyone recommend one. I think he will use it for scanning but mainly printing documents.
Thank you

There are hundreds!
Buy a premium brand .. like Epsom, HP, Canon, etc.
I personally don't like combined all-in-one machines.
I use an HP Officejet Pro 8000 (wireless) and a separate CanoLide scanner.
What problems with Kodak (I'm considering buying one so would appreciate your imput)
I think they are just cheap : )
Kodak printers are fine. No more problems than others.
I have one for photos but use a Canon ip4850 for docs. It has a duplex to print both sides and I have fitted a Fotorite continuous ink supply system so printing is as cheap as chips!
