Deleting deleted e-mails in Outlook Express

There are over 200 to delete, so how do I do it with one click please?

Highlight them all by holding down ctrl key .. then selecting them .. then delete!
to select all in a group .. use Shift key .. click first .. Shift .. click last.
If it's the same as the version we have at work, it's in Tools - click on Delete, then empty Deleted Items, then click on Recall deleted items - and it comes up with a screen with all the deleted emails. There is a sort of box icon on the left of that screen, if you click on that it highlights them all, a pop-up screen says "do you want to delete these items permanently", and you say yes - and pouf! they go forever.
Put cursor on the first (top) one, hold the UP Arrow key down and scroll down to the bottom to highlight them all as a block, then hit delete button and they all go at once.
When I say the UP Arrow I mean the Shift key on either side of keyboard not the navigations arrows
