Blocked email

Hi.
I have a problem on my email account.
Someone is trying to send me a massive file of photos, and my email account won't recieve it. I presume that it's because the file is too big. Trouble is that it's blocking the rest of my incoming mail as it comes up with 'error'.
Any ideas as to what I can do please?

You could try putting that particular person on your Blocked senders list if only until you get it sorted with them....might let your other emails through then.....

Not exactly giving us a lot of info about your mail to go on!

Either use the web based mail to delete the offending mail, or install mail washer, set the account details up in it and use that yo delete the mail without downloading it.

In the end, I phoned our service provider and they sorted it remotely. It took ages but at least my email is coming through again! My friend has said that she will downsize her pics for emailing next time!
