printing problem

I am trying to print a 4 page document. It is an AA route plan but only the last page is printing. I think(?) that I've checked the printer settings and they all seem as they have always been. Suggestions welcomed. Thanks

does the whole document appear in print preview?

Is it from the internet or something like Word?

Make sure in printer properties, you have selected to print ALL pages.

Hi again. The print preview shows all 4 pages. 'All' ticked. It is off the internet. So far I've not been able to show one page at a time. I've cleared the 'print last page first' box. Puzzled of Yorkshire.

Hi again - again. I've printed off other sites and they all come out ok. Could be the AA site itself. Thanks for the advise.
