I have a new computer and took back ups from old one to restore to new one, primarily Microsoft Money 2001 which is protected by a password. I type in the password when prompted to and get told that I am using the wrong password, to check it and try again. This I do and get the same message over and over again. Because of Legal Reasons Microsoft Product Support Services cannot help - any suggestions would be gratefully received
Try the password with either caps lock on, or try it with a capital first letter (as people often make the first letter a capital when typing things without even realising they are doing it)
