You suggested that I downloaded "readyness tool" from Microsoft....Tried to get on Start-Microsoft update and get message "error loading C:\windows\system32\muweb.dll specified module could not be found".....any ideas? John..

Hi Nibble....Tried it... click on "start" then "search"or "run"??? Tried both but couldn't see where to put in "run as administrater" What am I doing wrong? john
