How do I remove Section breaks from a document? It's so long since I ave done this, that I just can't remember!

at top, format then styles and formatting then on right click on clear formatting. that should clear the breaks for you. If it does not work, you can always undo your action or close doc and do not save changes.

... or highlight the breaks you don't want and delete them
