..I know how to type ¼ - ½ - ¾ but how do you type other fractions like 3/8 for instance.

They are in Word

I use Insert Symbol and get them from there. I also found a way to create others such as 13/17 but I'll need to remember how I did it

I remember how to do ones such as
⅟₆₆

You'd superscript the 13 and subscript the 17
