'RUN AS' pop-up box

Each time I start my computer I get a pop-up box called 'RUN AS' with the following text.

Which user account do you want to use to run this programme?

This option can prevent computer viruses from harming your computer or personal data, but selecting it might cause the programme to function improperly.

I have un-ticked the option box, but I still get the pop-up each time I start my computer.

I am running Windows XP. and FireFox 14.0.1

I am also getting an annoying 'High Memory usage' pop-up occasionally.

While typing this, with only this AnswerBank page loaded it says I am using 289MB of memory.

Can anyone help please?
