Hi
Installed the VM super hub yesterday but have one problem that's bugging me. If I use my Epson Wireless printer I can't get on to the web. If I turn the printer off, all is fine. I have tried various methods but to no avail. Not a major issue, but very annoying. If anybody can help, I would be very grateful. Many thanks

What sort of speed are you getting on wifi?

My first superhub was superslow. The second one not much better. In the end I bought another router and use the superhub as a modem only.

I now get the speed I pay for.
HC - please will you explain to me slowly how you did this as Virgin engineer disconnected my wireless router and left me their a p-poor Thing with blue lights....
HC - please answer another daft question....at what point do I connect up my existing dearly beloved router.....
I know. Stoopid. But thanks.
Is your router the latest 'n' type?
sheesh - yes! been and checked ...Belkin N blah di blah.
Set the superslug as modem only, then connect the router. Switch the whole caboodle off and start in superslug - modem - computer order.
HC I really appreciate your patience.
One last one - and I kknow tis is reeally thick - do I completely disconnect the Virgin hub - or do I connect that wire thing into the Belkin router and thence to the pc?

Just tried a broadband speed checker and it tells me I am getting 19.77 MB/sec - I have the 20Mb from Virgin. Must say that with this superhub it does seem really fast compared to what it was like. HTH.
