MSXML_4.30.2100.0_SPS exe should I download it?

I have just found this on my computor. Not sure if I should download it or not. Has anyone any info on this please.

If it is on your computer you have already downloaded it.

By double clicking on it you will install it, so I guess that is what you are asking.

It may have been already installed, if some other program needed it may have installed it in the background.

If not just leave it until you get promtped for it.

p.s. The world computer comes from "compute" (to add up) so it is computer not computor.

VHG sorry I didnt mention I am on Bullguard security. When I did a vulnreable
scan it came up with this one and said to download it. But my computer said it didnt know what it was.

It sounds like it's telling you to download MSXML service pack 3 (which has the build number of 4.30.2100.0

In which case, yes download it and install it.

Oh, and you'd be better off regularly running a windows update on your computor (sic) rather than a vulnreable (sic) scan.

This update has been out for about 3 years now, if your had been keeping your computer updated it probably would have been installed by now.
