I cannot access my hotmail account, and when I go to reset password, it's asking for all my details and credit card details. It looks like its from microsoft

My pc is running video slowly, is it bandwidth? just got 1gb of memory but thats not done the trick, i dont have a lot of space left on my hard drive 1% so freeing up some space ? will that work?

It's not from microsoft.

Try this link, if it still gives you problems you have malware redirecting you to the wrong site.

If you have malware a full scan with malwarebytes is the first thing to try.

Try to reset your password by forgot password link where you will have to just enter your current Hotmail id for which you want to reset your password.
