Looking for Epson printer drivers..?
9 Answers
Hi all,
Can someone help please?
My laptop isn't reading disks for some reason, so I can't install the software from the disk for a printer I have the use of here.
The printer is an Epson Colour Ink Jet Printer - Epson Stylus Photo 810 Series.
I've tried googling for an Epson site but it says it's unavailable at the moment.
So I've tried looking elsewhere, but I've had no luck..
Can anyone tell where I can safely download the software from please?
I'm on Windows Vista.
Thank you :o) xx

No, Howard, that isn't the same printer. This one here is a few years old, but thank you for looking anyway.
So, I'm still after some help please! - if anyone is willing and able x

Hi, Loooby, From what you say I gather that you have the printer disc (CD or DVD) but the laptop cannot read it?
Could it be that the laser lenses in the CD drive are dirty?
You can probably get a Drive cleaner disc (with small brushes attached) from the Pound shop which could cure the problem.
Just a thought!

Thank you all for offering your help,
And Big thanks to ABerrant! Got it sorted with those links you kindly posted up, that was the same printer as I've got here, sp thanks so much for that.
Hey thats an idea Wak, thank you, I will certainly nip in and get one and try it.
It's a real pain not being able to play discs. It's been like it for Ages now, so it would be nice to fix it, so the cleaner just might do the trick!
Thanks again Howard for suggesting the memmory stick, good idea, but thankfully I'm up and running now :o)
Many thanks xx
