Computers playing up

Help I have 2 laptops and a desktop and am having trouble with all of them. They are all connected wirelessly to a modem which say sexcelent. But I cannot open many programmes, took me ages to this on my my small notepad but FB mail and everything is impossible to get. Say "problem loading page" on all 3 computers looking for different things. I managed finally to get on here. Is there a simple solution, I have rebooted and restarted them all.

Have you tried connecting by ethernet to see if you still have the problem?

Have you switched off your modem/router for a minute and then switched back on?
