Or The problem you are facing may possibly be a problem with your Security Setting through your Internet Explorer. You may be missing updates that have installed the most current security certificates.
Try these steps :
First Go to Internet Options on your Internet Browser and click on the Security Tab.
Then Select the Restricted sites zone.
Now Click on the Sites button. A window should pop up.
Under "Websites", remove the addresses which you want to display.
Now Click Close.
And Select Trusted Sites zone.
Click on the Sites button. A window should pop up.
Take out the check mark in the box Requires server verification
Add the addresses which you want.
Click Close and exit out of Internet Options.
And you can try another browser for that website also.

Bad advice ^
Telling people to add any site which gives a security error to their trusted zone without any mention of the implications of doing this is just plain stupid.
Do NOT add sites to your trusted zone unless you are very very sure it's a trusted site (I only ever do it with internal sites at work for testing reasons)
