If the app does allow printing it will only be able to print wirelessly to an Airprint enabled printer, there are ways to 'fool' the iPad into believing that the printer attached to your computer is a valid printer, http://netputing.com/handyprint/ works on Macs, I don't know what might work for PCs
I am just trying to configure the iPad to printer. We have downloaded apps that require me to download software to computer which I have done. Then I just go round in circles. I try to print it does not. I then open up app insert ip address as directed it does not work then I put in authorised number etc. I just keep going round in circles without anything working. Interestingly it does seem to recognise that I have a printer as the information of my printer is there. But it just does not print from iPad.
The info on the desktop bit is pretty sketchy from the supplier isn't it? The app says it enables the 'open in' options ie. if someone attaches a word doc in an email you touch and hold the icon for the doc and an 'open in' menu should appear, one of the options being Printer Pro, have you got that bit to work?
