I don`t know what I`ve done but the bar that`s at the bottom of my computer screen (with Start on the left, etc) has gone up the side of my screen instead. Windows Vista. How do I get it to the bottom again?

that is called the task bar - right click on it and either:-

-select properties and you'll see the Taskbar location on screen[i option, so select what you want and click OK, or

- click on [i]Lock the taskbar] so that it is unticked, and then click and drag it to the bottom of the screen, finally setting it locked by clicking on that option again
