ebay aim problem

Hi All,
I am now having a problem with ebay, when I send a message to a customer, some are returned saying that it was blocked because my email address was wrongn instead of AOL.co.uk its saying it was sent from AIM. then says if I want to register an email address from aim to follow the instructions????
