Hi, thanks for reading and any answer you might be able to supply.

When trying to download an app from the Google store the following message appears - "Error while retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-5:AEC-0]".

This is through a wi-fi connection which seems fine as I can surf and this message appears after tapping Accept & download on the Google Play store!
