Watching Films On Pc?
Should it be possible to watch - or in my case, listen - to DVDs (tv, films, etc) just using Windows Media Player and if so, how easy is it to use..If not, what else do I need to view? Ta Muchly.

Not sure what you mean by TV, films, etc ? Do you mean the BBC iplayer for instance, or perhaps something like you tube ?

The commercial DVD playback codecs are not a included as default in a lot of versions of windows.
The standard (or above) version of the k-lite code pack includes the required codecs for playing any DVD of the correct region.

Sorry for the delay Chuck and Hi Alpha, but it seems my pc has the necessary twiddly bits to play DVDs, the only problem I have is that my screen reader doesn't read out what's on my screen, so I've been talked through what is there and all I've got to do is remember the keystrokes. Mind you, that's with using Real player, which is less faff than WMP, but Many Thanks for your links and if I need help, then I'll scream for it!
