E-Mails On Iphone And Laptop

I receive e-mails spam etc as normal to my laptop but they don't appear as you would expect to my iPhone . I can get 15+ spams and normal mail per day to my laptop, but they don't appear on my iPhone folders

I think this is because apple have very high security hence they know spam and non spam! My spam emails is in the "junk" folder on my iPhone but if I delete an email from my email account it deletes from my iPhone too!
