...I am on windows 7 on a network at the office. My pc has just been updated and when I booted up this morning I had an icon in the taskbar, which when I clicked on it, it displayed as interactive services detection. Does this mean I am being spied on and being monitored for what internet sites I am visiting?
Thanks for info in layman's terms!

If you are using a company computer or your own device on your company's network you should expect that your company is checking your activity on the internet, email etc. It is good business practice

So,is this programme for 'monitoring' activity or not?
I don't know it, but users' activity can be monitored without adding applications to your computer
