Unknown Plug -Ins
I keep getting this message box showing up when my PC freezes."The following plug-in is unresponsive:Unknown.Would you like to stop it"
when I stop it,my PC unfreezes. This has only been in the last week.
Also the below as well.
I have been having trouble with Shockwave Flash of late..and get a little jigsaw piece where there should be a picture, usually a moving one...could the message above have something to do with that although I doubt it as I usually get a yellowy strip at top of window saying"Shockwave Flash has crashed".....and it is not "Unknown".
Can one of you computer gurus help me please.

Start by trying to fix the Shockwave problem. Go to 'Add or Remove Programs' or 'Programs and Features' (depending upon which version of Windows you're using). Locate and remove Adobe Shockwave Player. RESTART YOUR COMPUTER. Go here to reinstall Shockwave:

With a bit of luck that should sort out your 'unresponsive' message. If not, right-click on the shortcut you use to start Chrome. Select 'Properties'. Click the 'Shortcut' tab. In the 'Target' field type a space (after 'chrome.exe') and then '--disable-hang-monitor' (without the quote marks. Click 'Apply' and 'OK'
