Southwestern Bell Freedom Phone, Swb2300

I have this phone and it works fine, the only problem I want it to show who's calling when the phone rings either by names in my contact list or a number. It use to do it but Ive had to fiddle it a few times to change date, time etc. and may have inadvertently put it out somehow. Can you help???????
