Screen Capture

I am using Windows 7, when i press print screen and try to paste it into Paint Shop Pro, it does'nt eem to paste it.

Any ideas would be most welcome

Works for me on PSP pro 10
When PSP is running, I use Edit/Paste as new image

Not sure if you are aware so fyi.

Alt + Print Screen captures just the main window rather than the whole desktop.

Also Windows 7 has a Snipping Tool for capturing any part of the desktop as an image. You can select what part of the screen you want to capture and save it as graphics image.

In my version of PSP , you need to have an image already open before you can paste (even though you can then choose to "paste as new image"). It seems to be a bug or design fault in some versions of PSP.

Your right!
Just asked my son to try it out and his version (newer than mine) will not do it unless you've already got an image to paste.
