What is Script Error, and what is the best free software to use to get rid of it - I've looked on Google, but there are so many listed, I would like to know what other ABers consider the best free software. Thank you.
You don't need software to get rid of script errors. As SlackAlice said it is more likely to be a problem with the web page you are visiting. It may also be to do with the browser you use.
I haven't seen a script error since switching to Google Chrome, I wouldn't use Internet Explorer again if forced to at gunpoint :)
It's likely that now all pages are to the same standard of http so they may not all be compatible with your broswer. As suggested, changing your browser may help. Or you could just avoid those sites.
As others have said - script errors are not your problem. However. most browsers can be configured to ignore them, rather than notifying you. You don't need to change your browser; most browsers (even the dreaded IE) can be configured to ignore them.
