Sky / Yahoo E-Mail Merge What A Botch Up!!!!

Has anyone else had problems with there outlook express e-mail service since these two companies joined forces. It's been a nightmare for us. Makes me want to cancel my sky subscription. Any other company would have had an update to resolve issues. Next step to confront Sky tv!. Any help in resolving problems would be appreciated. Thanks guys

Can't help with your issue as I've got problems with Thunderbird. Changed from IMAP to POP as instructed but couldn't send an e-mail. Changed back and now I've got 9000 plus e-mails trying to download. Sky help is useless!

Have just been advised by Sky that ALL user names to an account have to agree to the migration to Yahoo before it can take place - as my husband never uses SKY email it he never saw the e-mail. I did see my e-mail but nowhere did it say anything to that effect. Asked Sky and he admitted he didn't know what the e-mail sad. My question to the adviser was what happens if he agrees and I don't or vice versa and he couldn't answer it.
