Suppliers of Broadband/Phone/TV bundles appear to offer FREE connection to NEW customers whereas EXISTING customers who wish to upgrade are charged with "activation" or connection fees. This seems very unfair to me, has anyone got any views. Time to change supplier??

If you don't think it's fair then yes, change supplier but you'll probably find yourself in the same position as you are now when they have 'offers' further down the line.
