E-Tab Tablet Stuck On E-Tab Screen

i have a e-tab tablet android, and all of sudden it gets stuck when reaching the e-tab logo screen. nothig i do seems to bring this right. i tried to reset and all that but nothing.anyone got any ideas how to get this back to been ok or at least get it to the home screen so i can reset back to factory settings...
