Skype Problem

I seem to have a problem with my Skype..I don`t have the little video icon when I call someone(at the bottom under where you see the person you are calling)In other words can`t see them.

Possibly the person your calling hasn't got their camera set up properly or has elected not to use video in Skype calls.

Thanks...have sorted it now...don`t know exactly what was the problem but it is OK now.
