I don't know where to start. Check to ensure the printer is connected to the router (or network you're using). Have you tried to see if you can print via cable ((CAT5) ethernet) from the laptop?
engineer was able to print ok from laptop after he had unplugged cable to make it wi fi from anywhere at home,sorry don't understand anymore then what am trying to say.
It's one of those problems where I can't really do anything if I'm not there. It could be a number of issues. Make sure the printer is connected to the router. I'm lost to advise you because unless I was there I can't do anything, sorry. You don't live near sheffield do you lol
no the lap top isn't within range of printer. just get a little blue circle going round like something is being recognised but the printer isn't doing nothing,

I have a Kodak which to be quite honest are s**t!
When this happened to me I had to uninstall then reinstall to get it to work. It did it after checking for updates. Now I always say no to them.
