I have read on here that people swear by these knock down prices of cartridges. I have tried different companies and gone back to hp ones from Argos which I have used for years and found to be the cheapest. It goes back to the same old saying You get what you pay for as I have found out and I do quite a lot of printing.
I get my Brother printer cartridges refilled by the Smart Cartridge company, Brighton, East Sussex.
My contact there is Justin 01273-711888. Quote the make and model number of your printer.
He will probably be able to tell you if there is a branch near you.
If not, perhaps you could send them to him by post and get them refilled.

I get the compatible cartridges and have had no problem with them at all. There is usually a good discount if you are buying both colour and black cartridges at the same time.

The undermentioned firm is given a good rating by 'Web of Trust' and appears to stock compatible cartridges at very reasonable prices for your printer. :-

In lots of towns there are shops where you can take your used cartridges and very cheaply have them refilled. However, don't be afraid of buying ready refilled etc. items from reputable firms.
Incidentally to answer your question about re-manufactured/refilled :-
Re-manufactured are recycled cartidges that have been refilled with ink and had repairs made to any damaged parts (eg..contact pins)
Refilled are recycled cartridges that basically have just been refilled with ink.
Compatible cartridges are those made to match OEM items.(Original Equipment Manufacturer)
