Cleaning Up A Mac

Has anybody used and can recommend a good program for cleaning up a Mac

Whatever you do don't use moist cleaning cloths to clean. I do this to my MacBook keyboard and it ground to a halt. I had to get a new keyboard.

The word 'program' was used! All that you really need is to use the utility 'Disc Cleaner' I think it's called -sorry I don't have my Mac on at the moment.....it's in your Utilities folder. Once you open this, just select your hard drive and click the software button 'clean disc permissions' and then verify, that's all. Do this about once a week to keep things running smoothly.
