Internet Blocking Website 'box' - Help Please

On my new netbook I keep getting a message box (especially in ebay) which says:

'Internet blocking website from displaying content .........'

What is this and how do I stop it showing every time?

Do you have some kind of child protection filter running ?

I will check and come back. It is a new netbook - maybe it is set as a default.

Don't know what I have done - but after downloading about 20 MS updates it has disappeared!
