well, i've had bt broadband for two weeks now and still haven't been able to work out how to get bt sport. nothing seems to work. have others had a similarly maddening experience?
BT sport is free if you subscribe to BT broadband as you do. You do have to ask/order it though. You will be able to watch the bt sport on a PC/Laptop or tablet using the relevant apps. in order to watch on your BT Sport channel 57,58,59 you will need a vision box & a viewing card. Again you have to order these. If you have sky I think you have to pay a bit extra not sure
Why shd I hv 2 ask for something that is touted as free? Nothing was mentioned abt vision boxes/cards when I signed up to broadband. In my book, this is crookery.
With the information that you have been given this evening and in your post a couple of weeks ago why do you not call BT and ask them to explain it to you.
BT sport was advertised as being free to Sky tv users. When it was introduced you had to register for it and it came on line to the sky box when BT launched. We find them on Sky Sports channel 413, 414 and ESPN (come with the BT package) on 417 (sorry those are the HD channels you can fined the non hd channels further down the list.
I get bt sports on virgin media xl package, as I had espn before, it just appeared, there's not actually much on it, the very occasional premier league game, european leagues and sport "shows". Don't think you're missing much.
If you're looking for pl football or cl football, watch it free online, there are loads of sites.
