Cd Label Problem

I am printing my CD labels using the Roxio Six software, and Neato Labels - which have two labels per sheet, one above the other.

I had my printer reconfigured today, and now, when I try and set either of the Neato templates to print, they are not printing on the correct parts of the paper to fit within the label borders.

Any ideas what has gone wrong, and how I fix it?
