Netbook Dont No How To Find Out What Model It Is

Hi I have got this netbook second hand for the missus but it needs new battery as says it charging but not holding any charge, but there is no stickers or wording to tell me the make of the netbook not even on battery no model number codes nothing..ive had the ram out but no stickers there ive had the hard drive out and it is Toshiba but that doesn't mean nothi.so is there any way I can find out the make and model of the netbook please..its on windows 7 ultimate it has 160gb hard drive 2 gb ddr3 ram...and it pink that all I can say as no idea what to do to try d out..is there anything I can do to find out or not..please help thanks

Also try running a search for *.pdf (which will find all pdf files on the hard drive) to see if the manual is there.

hi I haven't been inside it to see what motherboard is. and I don't think there beny clues as I feel preety sure they have installed win7 ultimate on it and think orig it should of been win 7 basic as most netbooks are..and cant find any reference anyways as that was my first thought...so im at a loss theit, unless I delve deeper into the netbook and see what motherboard it has in etc...
