Computer used for the usual things, email, banking, photos, gaming, etc., certainly not to its full potential.

I would have said any decent pc/laptop based on a i5 based motherboard with a minimum 500Gb HDD, until you mentioned 'gaming'.

What sort of 'gaming' do you envisage?

Sorry for delay in answering SA, been away for the day, the gaming is mostly OH and candy crush, not on line poker or bingo.

Sorry, been away for a while.
Thought you meant gaming as in 'multiplayer online' or similar. Candy Crush should be ok with the general spec I gave you.

Always go for a spec better than you need, helps you stay in front. Nothing worse than having a machine that can only just about cope with your present day needs. Future uses need consideration as well.
