I have just purchased the above computer and I am wondering if I require to purchase Security Protection as I had on my old desktop computer. I had Norton 360 for this old computer.

You DO need anti-virus software on a Mac. You DON'T need to pay for it.

Also for extra protection - make sure you turn on your Firewall and tick the Stealth Mode option (Advanced).
