My friend has this tower PC running Win 8. Can anyone tell me why iTunes has no apparent menus available which are normally at the top of the screen ?

There are several other issues including the worst browser I have seen in over twenty years! - 'Internet Explorer' -but I will leave that one for now....

You've hit the nail on the head. Download and install Google Chrome and all will be well.

You won't be able to delete IE, thanks Microsoft!

All you can is make Chrome your default web browser.

I suspected that would be the case!
Thank The Lord I use Mac OS!

PS: The PC I am referring to is an ASUS M11 - not Asis..typo very early in the morning!

iTune Menus are off by default in Windows 8 but can be activated as follows :-
