Assuming you are using Internet Explorer as your default Browser try the following:
1. Right Click a blank area of your Windows desktop screen
2. Select 'New'
3. Select 'Shortcut'
4. In 'Type the location of the item:' enter the following text:-
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" https:/ /skyid. sky.com /signin /email
5. Click 'Next' and type a name for the shortcut as 'Sky Mail' and a 'Sky Mail' shortcut icon will appear on your Windows Desktop screen
6. Right Click the 'Sky Mail' shortcut and select 'Pin to Taskbar'
If you are using a different default Browser the instructions are the same except, at instruction 4 you would need to file browse to the location of your desired Internet browser in C:\Program Files" and select that instead, plus you would need to also add on the text 'https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email' at the end of the text line.

Hi Pinkyboyid, Thankyou for your advice. Prior to following your guide-line I received further email from Sky to say they did not offer a Taskbar facility and suggested I put an Icon on Desktop. Shows what a load of twits they are. I followed your advice and "hey presto" I've got an icon in my Taskbar. My sincere thanks. Tel
