Try downloading, installing and running the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

Points to note:
When installing that program, take care to deselect the option to install a trial of the 'PRO' version.
When running it, use the 'quick scan' option (which is actually likely to take over half an hour to run).
When the scan is complete, click the button to view the results and then click to delete whatever has been found.

Thankyou Buenchico, you gave this to me before, but as I am on Norton I went to them and they couldn't do it for me and took the Malware off my computer without asking me if I needed it.

Thankyou for your help much appreciated.
Forget whatever Norton has done and re-download Malwarebytes as suggested by Buenchico and run it through and see what happens.

Thankyou HansUrbancka, have done as he said but still have a few ad options by Media Player on the laptop.
Will use it every day and then see what happens????

Thankyou for your help much appreciated.
If Mawarebytes Anti-Malware can't do the job properly in normal mode, try running it in Safe Mode.

Thankyou Buenchico, I don't know how to get into safe mode, I am still really a novice even though I have had a computer since 1999 still learning????
I know you are good I see your name mentioned a lot on The Answerbank.

Thankyou for your help much appreciated.
>>>I don't know how to get into safe mode

Restart your computer and press F8 during the startup process. Use the up & down arrow keys to select Safe Mode (without any 'extras') and press 'Enter'. When you get into Safe Mode your screen will probably look rather odd (because the video driver won't have been loaded) but you can still run Malwarebytes in the usual way. To exit from Safe Mode simpoly restart your computer.

Thankyou methyl, I havn't downloaded fake adobe flash player, my Norton Antivirus threw it out straight away it just kept on popping up.
As to my ads, I was on Google Chrome and Yahoo and I have been told there are the company that are letting the ads come through, so now I have gone back to Internet Explorer and virtually no ads at all,but Internet Explorer is very slow though.
Thankyou for your help much appreciated.
