Hotmail Ipad Problem
Hi
I hope some tech wizard can help me.
I have been trying to access outlook/hotmail on my iPad (IOS 7). I changed my password on the laptop earlier but no matter what I did on the iPad I got told the password was wrong.
I thought I could then delete the account and set up a new one.
Now I cannot get past a message in the settings/mail/new account that says 'unable to verify account information'.
I can access my mail on the iPad via Safari without any problem so can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
I am getting so frustrated trying to fix this, and have tried various support forums, but with no luck. I have also tried youtube tutorials.

You can only set up an email account by using safari and then add to your ipad by using Settings/Mail/New Account. The password for your email (the new account you are adding is the same as you use when you log in on safari). You do not enter your Apple ID password.
Is the email address you are trying to add correct (ie @ hotmail.co.uk or @hotmail.com)
When you add another email address on your ipad it asks for verification to make sure all the details are correct.
