Pc Background Colour Change

A friend has told me that when she is using her email page the PC background colour changes from the normal nice mild green to a horrible dark blue, this only occurs when she is using emails, her operating system is Windows 2000 & her email supplier is Yahoo. Can one of you Techies please suggest a remedy to correct this ? TIA.

If she's using the Yahoo Mail web page, she should click on the little cog wheel near the top right of the screen and select themes. That gives a range of colours and pictures. If she's using Windows Live Mail or Outlook, the background colour is supposed to follow the main Windows theme.
